A 10% Tan Tax will go into effect on July 1, 2010 on all UV Tanning Services.
This tax will act as any other sales tax and will be added at the end of your purchase.
This tax was included as part of the health care reform bill recently signed into law. Sun Palace Tanning and the Indoor Tanning Association strongly opposed this tax. We regret that we are required to charge this tax, and encourage you to contact your state representative with any comments.
